Shannon has been in the automotive industry since 2000, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her current position as Finch Auto Group's Vice President of Business Development. She loves being on " Team Finch" and has loved the pathway it’s created to achieve such satisfaction in her career.

She finds inspiration in everyone she encounters. She enjoys helping people and feels great satisfaction in seeing them succeed. She is able to see the good in every circumstance because of her positive mindset, and she is well aware of the power of a simple smile.
