Jeffrey Symons is a proud lifelong Londoner and the new Service Manager at Finch Chevrolet. He’s spent years in the automotive world as a Service Advisor, where his dedication and customer-first mindset earned him multiple awards. Before that, he worked in financial services, which helped shape his clear, honest approach to communication and decision-making.

Jeffrey is all about making people feel confident and cared for. Whether it's walking a customer through their vehicle’s service needs or helping them plan ahead, he's committed to making every visit feel straightforward and stress-free. Building trust and lasting relationships is what drives him every day.

Outside of work, Jeffrey stays busy and active. He enjoys hitting the trails on his mountain bike with his teenage son and is always taking on new home improvement projects. If something needs fixing, building, or learning, he’s all in.
