Have you met Service Administration, Ana Pinto?
Ana first stepped into the automotive industry in 2013 and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed working with people and helping them through their service experience. Over the years, she’s held roles in BDC, appointment coordination, and as a service advisor, giving her a strong foundation in both customer care and dealership operations.
After taking a few years away to help with her husband’s bookkeeping business, Ana is excited to be back in the industry with the Service Administration team at Finch Chevrolet. She brings a friendly smile, a positive attitude, and a passion for making every customer feel welcomed and supported.
When she’s not at the dealership, Ana loves spending time with her family and her dogs. She also speaks several languages and understands even more, which often surprises people and helps her connect with a wide range of customers.
